Yoga for all from Lumi Foundation!
Ever wondered what yoga is about or wanted to take those opening few steps a bit further?
Join us to move, breath and connect with fellow local yogis in this beginner’s yoga class at Linden House in Hammersmith over two consecutive Sundays in January, on the 11th and on the 18th.
The class will help you build strength and flexibility while offering you the space for your mind to quieten. Expect to leave feeling renewed, energised and filled with a sense of possibility.
Your teacher will be from Lumi Foundation — a charity dedicated to making yoga accessible to all.
Please bring your own mat to the class and wear comfortable clothing.
This class is donation based with the opening donation suggested at £5.
Proceeds from the class go towards raising funds for Lumi Foundation.
Thank you for helping us bring yoga to all!
About Lumi Foundation
Lumi Foundation is an award-winning charity with a simple belief : yoga is for all. Regardless of age, race, body type, gender or means – yoga for everyone!
Founded in 2017, we work with a diverse array of groups to bring yoga to a wider audience. Among those groups are adults and children with disabilities; asylum seekers; those in recovery from addiction; survivors of domestic abuse; individuals undergoing cancer treatment; low-income communities and elderly groups.
Our classes blend mat and chair‑based practices, focusing on movement, breathwork, and meditation. Most importantly, they create space for people to come together as a community.
