Wine Salon Sessions by Victoria Daskal
Overview
Victoria is writing a wine book & you’re invited inside the process. The Wine Salon Sessions bring together curious, culturally minded wine lovers.
The Wine Salon Sessions – A Cultural Exploration of Wine
Join wine writer and educator Victoria Daskal for an intimate series of themed wine salons exploring wine through culture, history, art and people. These evenings are designed for curious wine lovers who want to experience wine beyond scores, labels and tasting notes.
Across five thoughtfully curated sessions at Linden House in West London, guests will explore how wine connects with wider cultural stories. Each salon focuses on a different theme and includes six wines carefully selected to illustrate the topic, alongside paired canapés and cheeses.
Rather than a traditional classroom tasting, these gatherings recreate the spirit of a classic salon — conversational, relaxed and intellectually engaging — where wine is explored in its broader cultural context.
The series also forms part of Victoria’s book-in-progress, which explores themed wine experiences inspired by art, literature, history, landscape and people. Guests attending the full series will become part of this creative journey and will be acknowledged in the final book.
