Shaolin Qigong Introduction Classes | 4 Week Program

Join Livia Olivari for this complimentary 4 week introduction program to Shaolin Qigong, a well established form of exercise in China and abroad.

Classes will take place on the 7/14/21 and 28th and are for those who would like to learn about this system of coordinated body-posture and movement, breathing, and meditation said to be useful for the purposes of health, spirituality, and martial arts training.

This type of exercise mixes stretchy, relaxing moves with martial arts workouts resulting in :

  • Excellent conditioning of joints and ligaments

  • Enhanced flexibility

  • Strength

  • Endurance

  • Speed

  • Mental control

Qigong is  suitable for all ages and abilities; it has fast results, it uses the body efficiently whilst enhancing strength flexibility and endurance.

Students of Qigong have different outlets:

  • Practice  and perfect  Qigong in itself

  • Use Qigong as the basis for other exercise

  • to recover from injury

  • to maintain fitness and longevity

  • as additional training for competitions

  • Progress to Kung Fu fighting or any other Martial Art

Class attendants will receive support videos.

Please bring a mat and ensure to wear flat shoes.
